Finance Suit Terms and Conditions
These terms form an agreement between you and Tareq Abdelwhap for your use of Finance Suit. By creating an account or using the application, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
The service
Finance Suit is a personal recordkeeping tool for salary estimates, work entries, accounts, cash flow, transactions, transfers, categories, held amounts, and reports. Results depend on values you enter and settings you choose.
Finance Suit is not a bank, wallet, payment processor, accountant, payroll provider, investment adviser, lender, insurer, or financial adviser. It does not connect to banks, move money, execute payments, file taxes, guarantee salary amounts, or provide legal, tax, employment, or financial advice. Verify important figures independently.
Your account and records
You must provide accurate account information, protect your password, and report suspected unauthorized access. You retain ownership of records you enter and grant us only the permission needed to host, process, calculate, display, synchronize, back up, secure, and delete them.
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and suitability of your records. Maintain independent copies of information you cannot afford to lose; Finance Suit is not a legally required accounting or payroll archive.
Acceptable use
You may not break the law or another person's rights; access another user's records; disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security controls except where law permits; upload malicious code; use unreasonable automation; misrepresent financial, employment, or tax information; or resell the service without written permission.
Availability, changes, and third parties
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. Internet, device, and third-party failures may cause temporary unavailability. Finance Suit relies on Supabase and platform services provided by Google Play, Android, Apple, and network operators, whose own terms may apply.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Finance Suit at any time and permanently delete your Finance Suit profile and associated Finance Suit product data in Settings or through the public deletion page. The shared authentication identity and data belonging to another Building Suit or legacy portal are retained so Finance Suit deletion does not remove access to another product. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to prevent abuse, respond to a security threat, comply with law, or address a serious breach. Notice will be provided where practical and lawful.
Intellectual property
Finance Suit software, design, branding, and documentation are owned by Tareq Abdelwhap or its licensors. You receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the application.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finance Suit is provided "as is" and "as available." Calculations may be affected by incorrect inputs, rounding, configuration, defects, or changing rules. You remain responsible for decisions based on displayed information.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tareq Abdelwhap is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss caused by reliance on user-entered calculations. Nothing excludes mandatory consumer rights.
Governing rules, changes, and contact
These terms are governed by laws applicable in the developer's country of establishment without removing mandatory consumer protection in your country. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution; courts and regulators available under applicable law remain available.
We may update these terms and will update the effective date and give additional notice when required.
